In North America, that was the first model year and it had more issues than any other model year in that generation (model years 2007-2014), in particular transmission shudder at speeds 35-45 mph (model years 2008+ didn’t seem to have it as much) as well as bulging/cracked fenders and frames rusting. Not sure how widespread the issues were, but , ideally, it’s best to look several years into a generation when issues are usually ironed out.

It shows that the post has been removed but based off of the response from @daywalker yes avoid the first model year. Again can't see the mileage and price, but if you want something low mileage and newer model years they're not cheap and bringatrailer would be a good place to find one. I see a fair number being sold there.
