How do you feel about Hyundai’s IVT transmission?

Unless I'm mistaken IVT = CVT, which has been around a while.
They have gotten a bit better since they were introduced, but they are still not as robust as traditional transmissions, and nobody knows how to fix them. Scotty reminds viewers to avoid them anytime it's mentioned.
The fact that's it's from Hyundai makes me want it even less.
