Hi i have a jeep cherokee 2014 , 2.4L day before car was normal, next day i start the car it starts over heating some time later the battery light comes on (i did check the fluids its clean) now the car won't start and (battery is new) and now car won't start pls help me thank you
Hopefully you did not overheat it severely enough to damage the engine. See the site FAQ entries on diagnosing overheating and no-start.
The car does start if u jump start it after removing the cable it dies instantly
Your alternator is probably dead.
Hi I have jeep cherokee 2014 , 2.4 L 1 day before the car is running perfect, next day the car started overheating and battery light came on ( has new battery and clean fluids) didn't start the car for 3 days the car would start and within 10 mins it shows power steering assist turns off and the car shuts off, today i tried starting it , it did start tho removing the jumper cable the car died pls help..
