Hi!
My manual 2000 Jeep Wrangler with the 2.5L 4 cylinder engine with 101,100 miles is revving by itself after a while driving it, I replaced the MAP sensor and the IAC, consider that it only does it when I've been driving it for a while even when I stop at a redlight it still idling at ~3,000 rpm.

Have you cleaned the throttle body recently? Sounds like something in the linkage is sticking open.
I cleaned it recently, but I have no clue about what can be sticking, maybe a bad gasket or a leak? It only happens after a while driving
