i just got a 1.8l 06 sentra with only 53k miles! runs great and idles right at 600. only information i know about previous owner is that it was only 1 owner and no accidents. what would you suggest i change out and have done? it runs beautifully now and i dont want to over do it if that is possible.

thanks, im asking as a preventative as far as parts for the most part. is it a good idea to change anything thats not broken? i would like to get maximum life out of it.
No. If it's not broken, why bother. Maintenance items that wear like brake pads, oil and filter, air cleaner, spark plugs, etc. are replaced before they break as per the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual.
