Hi,
My car is 2009 KIA RONDO. I want to change my power steering fluid.
I saw from the manual that it needs PSF-4 fluid.
I went to buy from Autozone. They gave me a Autozone power steering fluid and said its
okay to use it.
I am wondering, if it is okay use the Autozone power steering fluid ?

As far as it is the same type, it shouldn’t be fine. You don’t need to use OEM fluid.
I think I may have some good news... The Amsoil website has a Power Steering fluid called Multi-Vehicle Synthetic Power Steering Fluid (Product code : PSFCNC-EA). If you read the details it specifically states that it is PSF-3 and PSF-4 compatible. Here's the text and link:
