Lexus Burning Oil

I've got a 2007 Lexus GS350 with a 2GR-FSE V6 engine thats burning a ton of oil and tripping catalytic converter codes. When I swapped out my spark plugs some of them had oil all over the threads. Should I use headgasket sealer to stop it burning so much oil? Could it be a bad head gasket or a valve cover gasket?

If oil is all over the spark plugs, their tubes are leaking and you need to replace them:

If yo burn lots of oil and your CAT is gone, most likely the piston rings needs to be replaced, you can do the dry and wet compression test on all the cylinders to find out.
