Hi, Scotty!
I just bought my first car: a 2000 Lexus ES300, automatic, with 150k miles on it from a private seller. Water pump & timing belt have been replaced.
How about a list of things I should replace or clean now, as a beginner, to help it run as long as possible, other than what is listed on the maintenance schedule?

All you need to do is get the car inspected by a good mechanic and let them tell you if the car needs anything. Since this is your first car you don't want to go crazy swapping things out that still work fine and with that mileage it really depends on what needs to be addressed. They'll also tell you if anythings on the way out and might need to be changed in the near future. Congrats on your first car
