I have a lexus rx450h 2013 with 106k miles, every now and again when I start the car randomly it will take a few times for it to start, interior lights will flicker a little bit but it will eventually start. Once it's running it's absolutely fine no issues at all, and starting again after it's been on recently it will start everytime it only normally occurs when the car is cold or has been off over night or so.
Any ideas what could causing this or how I would approach getting it fixed?

Load testing your battery and charging system would be a good place to start.
Load testing the battery, alternator and starter will be the first step. You can go to AutoZone or O'Reilly and they can test those out for free. If you want to test it out by yourself then I recommend you buy the Topdon arti battery 101. It is a digital tester and works great. I actually have it and Scotty Kilmer featured it on his YouTube video and that's how I found out about it. The link is down below.
