Hey Scotty, I have a 2011 Lexus RX 350 with 120,000 miles . Should I just wait till it throws a code before changing the plugs since it’s a real pain to change them ? Thanks

I wouldn't. Performance and gas mileage will/has been slowly decreasing. So to save money and keep the car running good for a long time, change them now.

I agree with HillBilly. They are not very expensive and can slowly wear other things down if you have just one bad spark plug.
