Hey Scotty:
I had a problem that is now resolved….but I don’t know why.
My 2002 Lexus SC430 had an engine miss/stutter that shook the car only within the first minute of two of starting from cold. It would do this once or twice only, then not return until the car was started from cold next day. No OBID codes were ever triggered.
Recently I replaced the A/C compressor as it had slowly died over 20+ years…. now the engine does not miss/stutter at all when first started….are the two issues related?

The old, worn compressor may have been loading down the engine due to increased internal friction.
