Hey Scotty, my 98 f150 w/307k miles is having a longer crank time now that it’s cold out. The battery is new this year and very strong and I changed the fuel filter recently as well as the plugs. What might cause this? It doesn’t start weak or anything, just cranks fast for about 3 seconds and then fired up and revs high for a bit. Any thoughts?

If that's not the culprit, check your fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator and starter.
I did clean the MAF and throttle a while back. How do I check injectors or regulator?
could be a weak fuel pump
Do a fuel pressure test. if it pass. check the coils, if still good, check the starter, then check if someone had pop a tennis ball in the back of your exhaust.
Good ideas lol. Doubtful on the tennis ball tho as I recently cherry bombed it 🙂
