Looking for a good suv

Hey,

I am looking for a good used reliable large SUV.

Was interested in something like a HD 4x4 suburban or yukon xl HD . We have a couple of horses so  being able to pull a trailer would be a bonus. Are there any years to be wary about? Budget around 10K and we live near Dallas TX.

Thanks!

Personally I wouldn’t buy either of those two vehicles. Now you said you have a budget around 10 grand, so in that case I’d recommend a Ford Explorer with the V8. But if you want something long-lasting get a Toyota Highlander. You’ll probably pay a bit more than 10 grand but they’ll outlast any large GM or Chrysler SUV.

Thank you I'll look into those.

Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot, 06 or OLDER Chevy Suburban/GMC Yukon could be good but the newer ones are junky.

Thank you. I'll look into them.

I would suggest a Toyota Sequoia. It will be much better at towing than a Highlander since it has a big V8. You can find good 1st generation Sequoias for around $10K.

even 5 6 grand in my area. They are very reliable if you do not mind the gas mileage I would go directly for the (insert tree name I don't know how to spell lol)

Thank you!
