Hi Scotty we recently found a 2005 Toyota Sequoia with around 200k miles and it's the 4.7 liter V8 everything looks great for the age and was wondering if this engine is the one with the timing belt or chain I would like a decent investment to not give us many problems in the future. I know older vehicles always require maintenance and upkeep totally understandable just wondering your thoughts on thos particular vehicle and its a FL car it's whole life, priced at 4k. Your thoughts...
Thanks in advance Jonathan
Yes, it has a timing belt. Being an interference engine, make sure you change it every 100k miles.
