Looking to buy a 2008 Honda CR-V, automatic, 63k miles, for $8600

Hello. I'm in the market for a used SUV and have a local 2008 CR-V in sight for $8600 (new CR-V in my country cost over $50.000). It's a one owner, full package (leather seats, 4WD, etc ). Is it a good price and what should I look out for when trying it out?

If it has the 2.4L K24 engine with the 5 speed conventional automatic, jump on it, provided it passes a thorough inspection, by a professional mechanic, before purchase.

This drivetrain is relatively bulletproof like Scotty shows -

I test drove it and checked it out with a mechanic, it seems to be in good condition. I also scanned it with an OBD2 scanner and got a P1009 code, although the check engine light isn't on. Is this hard to diagnose and repair?

Did you hear a loud rattling noise when the engine was cold started? What did your mechanic suggest? Do you have proof of when was the engine oil last changed? The code definition is - https://www.engine-codes.com/p1009_honda.html There’s also a TSB for this model year. Ask your mechanic for the go-no go decision.
