Hey scotty!!!!!!! I have a 1998 Honda civic with a d15 in it and it has a loose timing belt! Im not sure whether it is the crank case bolt that is loose or messed up!? It could also be a loose belt tensioner. I am kinda stuck!

Just do the whole timing belt job and while you have the belt off inspect the pulleys. Usually if you buy a timing belt component kit it will come with a new tensioner.
