My wife has a 1999 Suzuki Grand Vitara and has lost the key fob. There are no more Suzuki dealer here and locksmith does not have the code to program a new fob. Any ideas as to how this could be replaced ?

In my town ACE sells key fobs for many different cars. Check with them. Probably will cost about $150-200 to replace.

Both WalMart (online) and eBay have them. Use YouTube videos to program it yourself, very simple.

If you have a spare key fob, the locksmith may be able to copy that.
@yaser
You're wrong about programming, simple, takes 20 seconds or less.
