I have a 2008 Toyota Tacoma with 280k miles on it, and it will idle at about 400-450 rpms, should I be worried? If I rev it up for a few seconds it will settle into an idle of about 650-700rpms more normal to my knowledge. What should I check first, no check engine light or any codes

Clean the IAC valve.
