Hi , i have kia picanto 2006 manual transmission, when i put the gear in 3rd or 4th , nothing happened, it’s like putting in neutral, what could be the issue?

Perhaps those gears are shot. Do other gears work fine? How many does it have? 5?

Looks like you have an internal transmission wear. If you can avoid going to those gears, live with that.
