Hello All,
I have a 2011 mazda 3 2.0 Automatic with about 140,000kms on it. I turn the key ignition and the battery and all the dash lights come on, but the engine wont start or continuously try and start/sputter. Ive had the car for 4 years and changed the battery twice and it does not sound like the battery is weak. This happens very rarely but happens if ive only driven the car for a few minutes, shut it off, and start up again later. I have read a few things about the possibility of the fuel pressure regulator not providing enough gas to get it started. Scan tools do not pick up this problem. Has anyone had this issue before with a Mazda 3 or any other vehicle?

You may have leaky injectors. I would check the fuel injectors.
