Hello I have a Mercedes C240 model 2003 with over 200,000miles and I got a code for cylinder misfire on the 6th cylinder and about after a week a got another code for misfire on the 4th cylinder at first I thought I could swap the coils between the 3rd and the 6th and see if the misfire moves but now I have 2 cylinders misfiring the 4th and the 6th what should I do? Could it be because of the spark plugs?

In your case, it shows that the coil is not the issue, you can try changing the spark plugs. If it didn't help, you might need your mechanic check your car to find out the issue.
