2010 ford escape 2.5 170k miles automatic....p0301 p0303 p0300 i don't know what to check i have replaced spark plugs...checked coils by unplugging them with motor running to see if they idle down and back up when plugged back in again. seems like #1 didn't do much but the other 3 did i also replaced fuel injectors old one looked really bad. i have replaced air filter ....i also switched coils from 1 to 4 and 1 still said misfire...the escape shakes pretty bad with foot on brake in drive or reverse with engine running and rpm's drop notably but does not stall ....in neutral or park it doesn't vibrate
For the misfire issue, do the compression tests on cylinders. For shaking in gears, odds are that the torque converter has issues and needs to be taken care of.
