2015 Dodge Caravan with miss firing issues, recently I replaced a lifter after I had a ticking sound coming from a issue on the #6. Since then I have replaced the coil, spark plug and have tested the wiring harness. I have even switched the parts from the working parts on the engine to see if that was the issue. I still continue to have the miss fire and I don’t know what to do? My friend and I now believe it could have something to do with the ECU. I did have power issues many months before then replaced the battery and that is when I had noticed the ticking. Could use any ideas or help with any more troubleshooting!
Now if it didn't misfire before you replace the lifter seems to me that it has to do with the work if you have the rocker arms tightened to lose or too tight that will make it misfire and you did all that work also check your work area for sensors and wires or vacuum hoses that may have been damaged

That’s what we believed that was causing the miss fire. That just from what we read about the research
