I have a 2010 Nissan murano v6 and it’s misfiring and I can’t figure out why . A few codes came up for an 02 sensor which I replaced and the code is still there , ,I changed my intake manifold , spark plugs , & maf sensor and it seems to be running worse now . Idk what else to do but I’m thinking because I haven’t completed a throttle body relearn ?

Did you look up the codes and check other possible causes before replacing the O2 sensor? Did you install an OEM sensor?

It certainly would not hurt to complete the relearn procedure but it is not necessarily the source of the problem.
Have you analyzed freeze frame or live data for problems?
