My 1990 Honda Accord LX Coupe driver door won't open from inside or outside....latch or rod but how to get to door panel to find out and fix. Door cannot be opened

no easy answer here. remove as much of the door as you can and see if you can pry the panel open enough to get a tool in there to release the latch.
