I have a 2003 Nissan 350z automatic with 137000 miles.

I bought the car used wich was fine for awhile untill overheating issues I fix that and all things are well untill I stop at a red light and the car completely stops working the brakes are stiff I couldn’t rev the engine at all and it threw low oil pressure and battery on the dash. I then turn the car off and back on and it works perfectly fine?? I don’t know if I should drive it or what but it was very very odd.

Well if you turn the car off and then back on again it runs fine. That's almost always a sign of a problem in the computer system. It could be the computer breaking down or any type of electrical short that's shorting out the computer system. I'd start by having a guy like me hook up a fancy scan tool to look at the data. See what happens when it stalls and a good mechanic can look at that information and figure out what system is breaking down

Hey Scotty I got a code reader to the car and it was saying knock sensor to bank 1. I fix the Knock sensor and the same thing happened I then again run the code reader on it and it’s still saying knock sensor?? Anything helps.

Scotty does not usually revisit topics he's already answered. Typically codes will have several different possible causes. Also it's always best to use OEM sensors. Aftermarket knockoffs frequently do not work. What is the actual code?

It’s a p0327 knock sensor 1 circuit low bank 1. Changed the knock sensor and it still kills the car and shows the code.

Did you follow the troubleshooting procedures for that code, for example:
