Scotty, I need some help. I bought a 2016 toyota avalon with 91500 miles and the brakes are pulsing. I bought it at a dealership, and my independent mechanic looked at it and stated that it would get better. Please help because I'm contemplating taking it back to the dealership and making them fix it

Did your mechanic check your rear brake rotors?
Either way, take it back to the dealer & make them fix it.
The brake pedal pulsing/vibrating when you brake from high speed is a classic sign of warped rear rotors.
All the best!
