Hi Scotty, I have a 2003 Toyota RAV4 4 cylinder automatic with 156,000 miles I recently bought from a used car dealership.
By far this is my favorite car I’ve ever had and I drive about 1000 miles a week for work and it’s been relatively problem free.
When I drive at highway speeds and slow to about 30mph every now and then the car will feel like it’s shaking up and down and this will continue for a few minutes while even at idle. Is that just a typical sign of an older engine and is there something I can do to fix this? Should I be worried?
I change the oil every 5,000 miles and other than that the car has been entirely problem free.

Check the motor and transmission mounts.
