My Radiator Fan not coming on

Hi! I am Femalefanofscottysdiy! I have a 2004 Chrysler Town and Country Van ( I know you are not a fan of Chryslers) but anyway I do have one and the fan is not coming on. In order can you tell me a list of where I should start troubleshooting to find out why my radiator fan isn't working? I do have a Digital Multimeter, an adjustable ignition spark tester, an inline ignition spark tester, a small ATC busman  amp fuse emergency kit and Then the bigger version  Busman fuse bonus Pack ATC kit. I have watched a few of your videos about how to find out why the radiator fan may not be working so what I know so far is that it could be the Relay, Maybe the relay switch, the Radiator fan Fuse, The Radiator Fan itself except it is pretty new or it could be something that's not plugged in properly or just not plugged in. The backstory to this is that I went to an AutoZone store to have them check my Battery, Alternator, Starter and to purchase a Coolant Reservoir because mine had a leak in it. Turns out I needed a new Battery, a new Alternator and had to purchase The Coolant Reservoir and Coolant anyway due to mine having a crack in it and needed it Replaced anyway. Turns out the guy that work there was also a mechanic and would actually be able to Come to my place and replace these parts for me and wouldn't charge me that much. Well turns out I got what I paid for because after he replaced the battery, the alternator and the coolant reservoir my AC did not work anymore and before it was blowing cold air and was working just fine, and my car started overheating which it was never doing that before either oh along with my radio not working and that also worked before. After calling him and letting him know what was going on and telling me he would come and take a look which he never did I assumed that he had something to do with the fact that my car was overheating and my AC wasn't working anymore along with my radiator fan. With all that being said as I have told you that I have watched your videos what I am the most confused about on how to do is to check to see if everything is plugged in right. I am not sure how many wires run from the radiator fan and where they run to so I can at least make sure everything is plugged in right? Can you help me?

Well, you got what you paid for.  Start by getting a diagram online for your circuit breakers, relays and fuses.  I have seen several cases where the plug in connector to the fan has just come apart and needed to be plugged back in.  Maybe the guy accidentally disconnected it while putting in the alternator, who knows.
