I thought it was my water pump because the weep hole was leaking. Still making this sound.

Run it without the belt and see if it stops. If so, it is something spun by the belt (alternator, A/C, power steering, idler pulley). You can use a stethoscope to help determine which one has bad bearings, you might also be able to feel play when spinning the pulleys by hand.

Just use a long screw driver or a couple of long 3/8 extensions or even a metal bar and put it on the water pump, alternator, PS pump, AC and what ever is belt driven and put the other end to your ear. You will immediately know exactly what's going bad.
