[Solved] 2018 Ford Focus transmission clicking sound while braking, just changed the oil.

I have a 2018 Ford Focus SE with 68000 miles. I had the transmission oil changed along with struts and tie-rod replacement. The ker-chunk noise while going over a bump is gone and the car steering more stable while high speed driving however, I have a new sound. While braking it sounds as though something is hitting as the wheel goes around on the front left which is also where the problem strut was. At first I thought it might be something wrong with disc brake or backing plate but I noticed that if I hit the brake hard there is no noise. This "clicking or tapping sound" happens while my foot is on the brake and the car is decelerating. I almost can feel it in the steering wheel. I'm starting to wonder if the transmission oil change was a mistake and now I've introduced a new problem?

This is a DPS6 transmissions.

I'm not so sure that would help as the sensor would pick up noise from anywhere in the area and transmit it back.

I realize that no one can diagnose over the internet but I'm wondering if anyone has dealt a clicking noise on braking decel? I removed the tire and couldn't see anything loose. I put the tire back on and made sure the lugnuts were properly torqued to 100ft lbs, per manual. The noise seem to disappear until about 10mins of driving and and now the tapping sound starts much earlier in the braking decel and is more rapid than before so I'm starting to think the jarring around of replacing the struts and tie-rods may have changed something in the bearings or the transmission side of the driveline. Does any of this sound plausible or have experience with this type of situation?
