Hey scotty
i drive a 2010 Lexus is250 and I replaced all 4 rotors and all sets of brake pads 3 days ago. I noticed a loud squeak from the front right tire when I would brake. I took out the pads and cleaned them thoroughly with rubbing alcohol, cleaned the rotors with brake cleaner and lubricated the non-friction side of the brake pads. This fixed the loud squeak on the front right brakes. I then noticed that my rear brakes would squeak when I turned. So I did the same thing to all 4 sets of brake pads being sure to wear gloves and keep everything very clean. To my disappointment, the rear brakes still squeak when I turn and I’m not pressing on the brake. What could be causing this?? Thank you
Maybe one the aluminum dust shields is bent and rubbing.
Very common after yanking and pulling during repairs.
