New Toyota RV4, Honda CRV and Mazda CX5 (non-hybrids).  Which one is the most reliable?  Which one would you buy?

Could a hybrid RV4 last 15 years/200,000 miles?

Thank you

No one knows about any new car reliability. About your hybrid question: It is possible but unlikely without spending money on the hybrid system.

Main complaints and issues are not really diagnosed (except recalls) until about say 3 years/50k miles in, to really get accurate account though it it would be more like 5 years/75k miles to see if there really be issues. That's at least the metric I follow. For the hybrid. Sure. It could, I personally don't trust electronics though, doesn't matter the car. I'd go Mazda unless you live in an area with a lot of snow/rust belt. They are good but are prone to rust. (Issue is still not fixed for 2018+) second would be Toyota.

On the RAV4 Hybrid, imho, I think it can go 200K miles in 15 years. With my own anecdotal evidence of my 2004 Toyota Prius, it is going on 17 years on 300K miles. The hybrid battery needing changing at 275K miles.

While nothing is guaranteed, I like the chances of the RAV4 going 200K in 15 years.
