I have a 2002 ford f150 V6 4.2 manual truck somewhere in the truck I know for a fact is draining energy from the battery I did jump start it by putting in a larger battery than recommend in it so I'm not totally sure if I blew a fuse or just burnt an electric line somewhere can you help

Larger batteries should not blow fuses. But you can always check, right?

Have your battery and alternator load tested at a battery store or Autozone.

Yea I tried to jump start it with one of my friends portable jump starter but the moment I turned it on I saw the battery drain instantly so I'm assuming somewhere is draining the battery but idk I'm just assuming from my knowledge and what I did

exactly what I said. What did you see?


I saw the jump starter battery start draining and it has the light when it says fault or ready and the moment I turned the key it said fault everytime
