No heat in my jeep

Scotty,

2011 Jeep Liberty 106k miles.  I recently replaced the coolant system radiator, water pump, hoses, thermostat, and housing. Everything is running great and I fixed the leak, but I lost heat.  My guess is the heater core is blocked up from the flushing of the system and the new coolant being added.  I know removing the heater core from behind the dash is no small task

Thanks

What procedure did you use to burp the air out of the system?  It sounds like you have air trapped in the heater core.

Filled the system ran it until the thermostat opened filled it opened the vent screw to allow the air to escape.

That sounds right.  Have you had a look at the diverter valve that sends water to the heater core?  Some are electric and some are cable operated.

feel the hoses to the heater core. They should both be hot. This may be an air temperature control problem and not cooling system.
