Aloha

Knowing that

normal AC compressor

leak normally

in order to lubricate the compressor seal around the shaft

ok

what about the hybrid AC compressor?

does is leak in any case?

is there a reason for AC gas to get low over time in a hybrid Toyota?

cuz in my Toyota Yaris

1.3 gasoline

I realize

every time i high rev to the 6000-7000RPM

compressor spin faster

get high pressure

& leak some AC gas

Is it the same in the

hybrid AC compressor system?

Well any system can leak but the hybrid systems have a much less opportunity to leak because they're electronic and they do not have shaft seals as they do not run off a fan belt. Just like the AC compressor in your house, it doesn't have seals like that which spin on the shaft. So generally houses don't lose refrigerant lest they leak somewhere else
