OBDII Port

I have an '08 Town and Country minivan with 112,000 miles.  I bought a Blue Driver to read my check engine light code but my blue driver won't connect and it seems like the OBDII port is loose.  I know the blue driver works because I tested it on my other cars.

Could the OBDII be going bad on the car?  Please advise and Thank you in advance.

Check Fuse M30 in your engine compartment fuse box.

For 2008 they have it labeled like this:

M30   15 Amp Blue Rear Wiper Module (RR WIPER MOD), Power Folding Mirror (PWR FOLD MIR)

Yet in 2009, 2010, 2011 it's labeled like this

M30   15 Amp Blue

Rear Wiper Module (RR WIPER MOD), Power Folding Mirror (PWR FOLD MIR), J1962 Diagnostic Feed

So that M30 fuse is labeled as power to the J1962 Diagnostic Feed (OBD Data Port) in 2009, 2010, and 2011

Might be worth your while to check that fuse in your 2008.

A way to find out for sure is to plug in a different OBDII scanner if you have one and see if that works;  if you don’t go to your nearest auto parts store and use their scanner.  If that other scanner works, then it’s your Bluedriver.  Speaking of which, did you check on their website to see if your vehicle is supported?  And had it ever worked with your vehicle or this is the first time you used it?

Other scanners don't work on my OBD2 ports as well. The dealer wants $146 to check it out. I'm thinking its a connection issue.

Thanks

Inspect the connector and the wiring going to it to see if anything stands out. With a multimeter, can you confirm you are at least getting power and ground at the connector?
