Hi Scotty. Bought a 2017 Ford C-Max SE Energi a month ago that was advertised with 118,500 kms. Picked it up and it read 116,000 kms. This week I had winter tires installed and my mechanic uncovered the real mileage is 178,000 kms! I bought from a Ford dealership. What recourse do I have as I've obviously been wronged?
I am in London, Ontario.

In Canada, odometer fraud is a crime. You need to contact the police.

In the U.S. odometer tampering is a federal crime but I have no idea what the laws are in Canada. You might start by contacting the equivalent of what in the U.S. would be your state attorney general's office. They should be able to point you in the right direction.
Thanks.
