I changed the oil in my 2010 Lexus ES350 over the weekend. I accidentally put in a 5qt bottle of 0W30 instead of the recommended 5W30. I must have been tired, because I also put in two quarts of 10W30. All of which was Mobile1 synthetic. So, by my calculations, what I have in the crankcase now is 2.85W30. Anyway, do I now need to do the oil change again? The car has 127K.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure you didn't over fill.
