Oil for GDI engine.

I have a 2013 Kia Rio with 156,000 miles on it and had a 2011 Hyundai Sonata with 154,000 miles on it. Both use 5w-20. Have/had no issues with the cars. I really liked my sonata so I traded my old Sonata for a 2021 Sonata. This one has a Turbo GDI and takes 0W-20

I saw castro Edge oil in Auto Zone the other day and it said it was made for GDI engines. Should I use this oil instead of others? I also read that Amazon basics oil is not good for Turbo GDI engines. Thanks for any help

It is just a marketing thing. There is no different with other oils.

See below for which oil to use:  brands of oil that meets these standards/specs are ok to use
