Oil leak

Hi, I have a 2011 Subaru Tribeca with 110k miles on it. The oil level is dropping, I've tried to find the source of the leak but I couldn't.

The tail pipe is clean, the oil pan bone dry, the oil filter itself bone dry. However, I've noticed a little bit of seepage here and there on the engine. Maybe it's the PCV valve?

In the linked picture, on Google Photos, what's the part, right up the oil filter, that seems to be leaking oil?

Thanks.

Replace the factory clamps with stainless steel.  Those old, rusted spring clamps lose their spring after a while.

Check for valve cover leaks, the oil leak originates up higher.

I would also replace those hoses as they look pretty tired.

Just a tip on the pic thing, when you upload use imagebb. Google is asking me to sign in when I went back for a second look.

I couldn't find a way to add a picture built in the forum, I will use imgbb next time. Like I said, I don't think that part is the source of the leak, there are a few other parts of the engine like that. I think it's the PCV valve. I want to confirm the hypothesis.

Just follow the leak to it's highest point & that should be the source. Of course it can be leaking elsewhere but always follow the path which gravity took.

If you want to check your pcv, pull it out while the engine is running & put your thumb over the hole in the valve as that simulates excessive oil getting into it. If it shuts (you'll hear a "clack") each time you do that, it's good. No noise, bad valve.
