Hey Scotty,
I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma, Pre-Runner, SR5, V6, Automatic, with approx. 114,000 miles.
How do I know when it is time to replace my outer tie rods and link assembly?
I've owned it for a little over years now. Over the past several months, I noticed that my truck doesn't track correctly. It shifts a little bit to the left and right while driving and the steering seems to feel a little loose. I got an alignment done about a year ago, and I had the tires rotated and balanced about a month ago.
Thank you for all the great content that you post!

If your car does not go straight, it is time for alignment and the shop tells you want you need to replace before doing the alignment.
