Is the radiator fan working?

Today prior to getting to work I was at a stop sign and it started to over heat as I started to drive it started to go down again wen I got to work I checked the engine and the fans weren't working the radiator fan came on after it started OVER heating again

If the fans don't come on until after you're overheating the temperature sensor that turns the fans on is probably defective.

Could it be that as well as a blown head gasket as I'm having to put fluid in it on a daily basis and if it is a blown head gasket is there some type of sealant that can be used as it would be a lot of work to do

Yes, particularly if it's already been overheated the head gasket could be blown. Are you seeing white smoke out of the tailpipe? Pressure bubbling up in the radiator when the engine is running? There is a kit you can use to test for head gasket leaks which Scotty has demonstrated.

Sealants are a temporary band-aid and not a very reliable ones. They're as likely to "seal" and plug up your cooling system and heater core as an ailing head gasket. However if it's that or the junkyard you can give it a try. If you do try something like Blue Devil sealer or similar product be sure to follow directions precisely, which will usually involve removing the thermostat and flushing all coolant out of the system with water.

There is no white smoke From tailpipe I just tested it about 10 minutes ago with The block tester it didn't turn yellow

Also can it be The radiator cap

There is no sealant that's going to help this issue for any length of time.

Another thing to check is evidence of coolant getting into the oil. That can happen without white smoke or exhaust gases getting into the coolant.

Assuming no evidence of a head gasket leak, pressure-testing the cooling system would be a good idea. You may have a pinhole leak in a hose or a loose clamp that's only leaking while you drive down the road. A new radiator cap couldn't hurt either.

Sealers are a real crap shoot under any circumstances but you certainly do not want to put that stuff in your engine if there's no head gasket leak.

I JUST drove 24 miles on the freeway to get to work as I got off the freeway and on to a stop light it went high ski again wen I got to work I open the hood again fans were Not working shouldn't they have been on I turned The ac on and the fan came on just not the other this is really fustrating as I'm no mechanic but I KNOW a little about car's just never really had overheating problems

There's only so much we can do from a distance like this but it does sound like the radiator fan is not working. Either the fan itself is bad, the sensor that triggers it is bad, the relay that operates it is bad, or the fuse protecting that circuit has blown. The reason the fan is not working needs to be diagnosed.. If the fan itself is good and there's some electrical problem that's difficult to track down it could be hot-wired to a manual switch. Also your coolant is going somewhere, if it's not the head gasket it's leaking somewhere else and that leak needs to be tracked down.

If you have to add fluid every day and it's not in a puddle under the car, you probably have a ready to blow head gasket.

I just bought a pressure tester that would be My next try

Good luck.
