I have a 2003 Toyota Camry XLE with 256k mileage with a P0171 obd2 trouble code. I do not have money currently to purchase different types of cleaner to to perform the different functions of cleaning the Oxygen Sensor, throttle body and MAF sensor. Please can I possibly use just one for all three? If yes, which of the cleaner is best to use?

You can use MAF sensor cleaner on the throttle body but not visa versa. You can soak the oxygen sensor in gasoline to clean it. Good luck.

This error can have very different reasons. Hope you know what you are doing when focusing on O2sensor, throttle body and MAF.
