Lexus GX470, 2003 year. After fixing a spark plug and coil issue on my engine I now find a new engine code P0430 Catalyst System Efficiency below threshold Bank 2. I checked under the car and found my bank2 (driver side) one side is discolored, showing a damplike dark color from the rest of the pipe. Any suggestions in diagnosing and fixing? thanks.
Also I have a ticking sound on the engine when I turn it on and after running it for a while I don’t hear it on top, but I do still hear it in the bottom of the engine.

rich mixture probably cause the cat to overheat

The ticking is a crack or loose connection in the exhaust system.
