Roaring sound GX470 2006

Good Morning, I had an overheating problem with my Lexus GX470 2006 done about 302,000 miles. I went to a local mechanic at first he said it is the fan clutch. Changed the fan clutch with an aftermarket one which was a huge mistake. After that when the heat gauge reaches the medal and I press on the pedal the engine sound is almost muted and replaced with a fan roaring sound and the overheating problem stilll existed. Went back to the mechanic and changed the clutch fan with an OEM one and the mechanic said the radiator is very dirty and should be changed in which I changed it and then after that the sound decreased immensely and the overheating problem was solved but still when the heat increases and the weather is hot sometimes the roaring sound is visible again. What could be the issue ?
note: when the car is cold (I.e the temperature gauge is less than halfway the car sound is completely normal the roaring sound only comes when the temperature gauge raises to the middle and after some time of driving)

Well you have to pinpoint the roaring sound first. Watch my video finding the source of car noises. Scotty. But I would guess it's a crappy fan clutch. It's making the roaring sound. I would only use OEM. No if not, that use that video information to find the source of the noise and perhaps it could be a bearing in one of the pulleys that the fan belt drives

@scottykilmer Thanks Scotty
