I have a 2005 matrix and it won't Rev past 3000rpm or get over 15mph. Sometimes it will after sitting for a bit with the engine off. I've had the throttle body cleaned and tried to reset the ecm. It happened a few months ago and seemed to stop doing it for a while. Any thoughts?

I'd start by going over this from the FAQ
If you have any trouble codes, that might help.

Check your catalytic converter to see if it's clogged.
