Power Window stuck halfway

Hi Scotty - 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix, 6 cylinder, 3800 Series engine.  Right rear window stuck halfway down in snowstorm last week.  No noise, no grinding. Seems not mechanical but electrical. No lift from drivers switch or passenger switch.  Is there a specific fuse or relay to that one window? I would change fuse in front passenger side fuse box but that won't explain why 3 windows work and one doesn't. Is there a fuse or regulator inside the rear door switch?  Hoping for a fuse and not a whole new motor. Many thanks. Dennis

I would first check to see if you're getting voltage at the window motor when you hit the switch. If you do then chance are it's the motor, if not you have an electrical or module problem.

Thank you Chuck Tobias. Do I need to remove the interior door panel to check this, or can I simply pry up the switch on the door handle to access the window motor? Many thanks.

I'm not familiar with your vehicle but have never seen a car where you can access the window motor without removing the door panel.
