Pray pray pray that the P0A0F is caused by the P0352.

Disclaimer, I haven’t had these problems personally on my Prius. I am or a mechanic, but I try do the some of the work, or at least understand the problems I come by. I also to go by following Prius forums over the years.

P0352 is Ignition Coil "B" Circuit Malfunction.

I would check the following in this order:
Check the spark plugs again.
Check ignition coils.
Clean the intake manifold, throttle body, and MAF sensor (use the special spray).
Check for a vacuum leak.
check for
Defective Idle Air Control Valve or Electronic Body.

If these don’t solve it, it may be a bad transaxle. Based on the other code.

If a bonafide mechanic could chime in,  they may be able to provide you more info.

My direct experience with a problem like yours was cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor, and my problem code went away.
