Scotty,
I have a 2011 Toyota Camry 2.5L 4-cylinder with 203K miles. Car runs fine, but I notice that it makes a rattling noise when the A/C is on and the car is in drive. I can only hear it when the window is down so it's not very loud. Thoughts?
Thanks,
Kyle

I'd probably start by checking fan belt pulleys and AC compressor, rotate by hand and feel for roughness or binding up.

At that age and mileage, if it hasn't been done in a while, I'd look at the belt tensioner, idler pulleys etc... and check the serpentine belt, make sure there's no micro cracks beginning to form.
